Charlotte Turnbull (née Beeston) has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Charlotte began their career as a Project Coordinator at Komfort Zone, where they managed soft furnishing projects for various interiors. Charlotte then moved on to David Collins Studio, where they were promoted to Project Coordinator and took on responsibilities such as managing budgets and deliverables for prestigious projects, generating financial figures for invoicing, and attending high-level management meetings. After that, they worked as a Project Director at Studio Duggan, overseeing UK and international design projects while also managing the studio and company finances. Following this, Charlotte joined Kota Creative as a Project Manager, where they implemented processes to enhance efficiency and profitability, and communicated with clients to manage expectations. Their next role was at Omobono, initially as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Project Director. At Omobono, they worked with established brands such as Jamie Oliver for Penguin Books and Penhaligon's. Currently, Charlotte works as a Project Director in the Omobono team at The Marketing Practice, a global leader in powering growth for B2B tech brands. Their role involves delivering growth across the funnel, from brand to demand, and utilizing their expertise in account-based marketing and demand generation.

Charlotte Turnbull (née Beeston) completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Furniture Design and Craftmanship from Buckinghamshire New University from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they also pursued Project Management at UK Open College. In their earlier years, they attended Wellington School in Somerset from 1998 to 2006.
