Phillip Quander-Mosley

Phillip Quander-Mosley is an experienced operations coordinator currently employed at MARKHAM since May 2023, previously holding the role of Jr. Operations Coordinator. In this position, Phillip has facilitated inter-office meetings and managed logistical arrangements for various events. Prior roles include Field Manager at the Human Rights Campaign, Chief of Staff for Delegate Karen R. Toles at the Maryland General Assembly, and Foreman at Johnny Rhodes Construction, where management of labor teams and project oversight were key responsibilities. Phillip began a career in leadership and support roles as a Lifeguard at SportsFit Training Center and has extensive experience in residential oversight from positions at Lincoln University and the Fund for the Public Interest.
