Travis Carver

Travis Carver is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Marwin Company, Inc. since September 2021, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and policy enforcement. Previously, Travis worked at UHS from February 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing the Learning Management System, overseeing new employee orientation, and leading recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes an HR internship at Compass Group North America in 2016, where Travis supported various HR operations and strategic projects. Travis holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina.
