Kate Layton

Katharine Layton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in national security and intelligence. As the Director of Programs at The MASY Group since March 2014, Katharine has led initiatives in high-impact capital management solutions, while previously serving as Program Manager and Operations Officer for International Program Outreach, coordinating key training courses for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Analyst at Courage Services, Inc., focusing on human geography and socio-cultural analysis, and a tenure as an Intelligence Analyst at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Katharine holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University, completed in 2000.
