Sean Mathena MBA, CISSP, CISA serves as the Director of Governance, Risk, & Compliance for OU Health, providing leadership within a not-for-profit healthcare system since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sean was a Senior Manager for Risk Transformation at Optiv, overseeing multiple risk management projects. Sean’s experience includes leadership positions at Avanade, managing security advisory efforts for a major AI/machine learning project, and at Cisco, guiding strategy and compliance within a robust team, achieving significant revenue growth. Additionally, Sean spent a decade at Trustwave, advancing through various roles to lead a security consulting team. Sean holds an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a BBA from LeTourneau University.
