Allison G. is a multi-faceted professional with extensive experience in fitness, wellness, and education. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at THE MAX Challenge since December 2021, Allison has also worked at Crunch Fitness from December 2021 to July 2022 in a similar role. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Urban Muse since July 2014, Allison combines wellness and therapeutic practices.
