Wirat Sae-Kuai has extensive experience in program management and support for drug access, particularly in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Program Officer at The Max Foundation since March 2007, Wirat oversees drug access initiatives in Thailand and low and middle-income countries while leading the Thailand Liaison Office. Previous roles include Project Consultant at the Marist Mission Center and Project Associate at Midas Agronomic, with early experience as Office Manager at Sarnelli House, where Wirat contributed to financial systems for children affected by HIV/AIDS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Sukhothai Thammathirat University and vocational training in graphic and printing equipment operation.
