Dr. Vimal Kumar

Dr. Vimal Kumar, currently working at ASU Leadership, Diplomacy and National Security Lab as an ASU World Innovator, is also the Co-Founder of the Democratizing Leadership Initiative. With a background in social work and a PhD in Sociology and Anthropology, Dr. Vimal Kumar has extensive experience as a Leadership Advisor at Adaptive Change Advisors and as a Founder of the Movement for Scavenger Community (MSC) focused on education and overall development. Additionally, Dr. Vimal Kumar has held positions such as Next Generation Leader Fellow at Cure Violence Global and Research Fellow at the University of Muenster. With a passion for social activism and a commitment to marginalized communities, Dr. Vimal Kumar's work spans across various organizations and initiatives.
