Leon T. is the Managing Partner at Damson Capital, a company focused on developing social enterprises in Asia. Leon is also the Co-Founder of EDEN + ELIE, a design-led jewellery brand in Singapore. Additionally, Leon serves as the Chairman of Westbike Messenger Service, a zero-emission logistics courier service in Indonesia. Leon is a member of the McCain Global Leaders Council at the McCain Institute and has previously served on the Board of Directors for Etcembly Ltd and Biomass Group. Leon has a background in strategy analysis, consulting, and reporting in various industries such as commodities and green technology. Leon holds a B. of Commerce & B. of Economics degree from Monash University.
