Robert Medeiros

Robert Medeiros is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at McLean Hospital since June 2021, Robert previously held the position of Director of Facilities at High Point Treatment Center, overseeing three campuses and thirty-two satellite programs while also fulfilling roles as Corporate Safety Officer, Corporate Security Officer, and Director of Risk Management. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Facilities at Gosnold Inc., where initiatives focused on energy cost reduction and the implementation of computerized maintenance management systems, and at Deaconess Abundant Life Communities, where Robert managed the challenges of a startup environment. Additional roles include Director of Maintenance at Kindred at Home, responsible for a comprehensive preventative maintenance program. Robert holds a GED obtained from Cape Cod Community College in 2010.
