Roger Pottanat

Roger Pottanat serves as the Medical Director of 3 East Residential Programs and Staff Psychiatrist in the TMS Department at McLean Hospital since December 2019, and holds the position of Associate Medical Director for the 3East DBT Residential Program at Browning Building. In addition, Roger co-founded Boston Precision Neurotherapeutics in April 2022, focusing on precision treatment options for treatment-resistant mental health symptoms. As the owner of Roger Pottanat, MD PLLC since December 2019, Roger provides psychopharmacological evaluation and treatment of mental health disorders. Prior experiences include serving as the Director of TMS Services at Child and Family Psychological Services from July 2012 to December 2019 and completing a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Children's Hospital Boston from July 2010 to June 2012. Roger's medical education includes an M.B.B.S. from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute and ongoing studies in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
