Tom Famolare

Tom Famolare, C.E.C.R., is a seasoned professional specializing in Critical Incident Stress Management and Peer Support for first responders, currently serving as the owner of Famolare Consulting since May 2019. With a background that includes roles as a Community Outreach Officer for the LEADER Program at McLean Hospital and a Lecturer/QPR Instructor with Peer Support Services since May 2015, Tom provides dedicated mental health services and training for law enforcement agencies. Previously, Tom served as a Coordinator at Mass Peer Support Network and as a Detective for the City of Boston for nearly two decades, as well as a Police Officer for a law enforcement agency from February 1989 to June 1996. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Curry College.
