Brian Marshall

Brian Marshall has a diverse work experience in the legal and project management fields. Brian currently serves as the Director of eDiscovery at The MCS Group, Inc, a position they have held since April 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at FRONTEO USA from April 2021 to March 2022. Before that, Brian worked at Complete Discovery Source, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they built client relationships, managed a team, and developed workflows from July 2019 to April 2021. Brian also worked at MBO Partners as a Project Manager from January 2019 to May 2019, where they developed project schedules and provided client support. Brian's experience also includes their role as the Lead Project Manager - Litigation and Practice Support at Sidley Austin LLP from April 2014 to November 2018, where they managed electronic discovery needs for multiple cases and designed document review workflows. Brian served as a Discovery Manager at Deloitte from March 2011 to November 2013, overseeing large-scale document review projects. Additionally, Brian has experience as a Director of Project Management at Landmark Discovery, LLC from November 2010 to February 2011, as a Senior Associate at Deloitte from January 2008 to November 2010, and as an Assistant Project Manager at Barrasso Consulting from July 2006 to January 2008. Brian began their career as a Document Review Attorney at Hudson Legal from November 2005 to July 2006.

Brian Marshall completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Drew University from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at New York Law School from 2001 to 2004.
