Nikki Peterson

Nikki helped build TMAC’s Recruiting Department and now leads the Talent Engagement function. She is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment branding to engage candidates and foster company awareness. Nikki joined TMAC as one of its first employees after a successful career in luxury-goods sales and has worked in medical affairs for over 15 years. Experience includes administration, call-center support, specialized recruitment, and management.
