Rachel Haire

Rachel Haire is an accomplished recruiting professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Recruiting for the Academics Division at The Medicus Firm since June 2023. Previously, Rachel spent nearly a decade at Merritt Hawkins, advancing from Research Consultant to Director of Recruiting. Notable achievements during this tenure include being voted Most Influential of the Year in 2016 and 2019, receiving the Southeast Recruiter of the Year award in 2016, and being recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2014. Rachel holds a degree in Managerial Science from Georgia State University and graduated from Chestatee High School.
