Johanna Stahl is a Senior Researcher at IQS – Institut des Bundes für Qualitätssicherung im österreichischen Schulwesen since September 2019, focusing on national competence measurements and quality development within the iKMPLUS project. Additionally, Johanna has been a Fellow at the Melton Foundation since 2003, engaging in global citizenship initiatives and mentoring colleagues at Friedrich Schiller University of Jena. Previous experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Austrian Research and Support Center for the Gifted and Talented from January 2011 to August 2019, concentrating on gifted education and talent development, and as a Research Assistant at Friedrich Schiller University from September 2007 to December 2010, specializing in General Psychology and Cognitive Neurosciences. Johanna holds a Ph.D. in General Psychology and Cognitive Neurosciences and a Master of Science in Psychology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
