Kymber Lovett-Menkiti has a diverse range of work experience. Kymber is currently serving as Co-Owner and President of Keller Williams Capital Properties since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Director for Keller Williams Realty, Inc. starting in 2018. In 2007, they became the President of Sales at The Menkiti Group, a real estate services firm focused on urban neighborhoods. Kymber has also held positions as the Director of Counseling at Catholic Schools Office, Archdiocese of Washington from 2005 to 2007, a Capital City Fellow for DC Government from 2004 to 2005, and the Director of Counseling at Thurgood Marshall Academy from 2002 to 2004.

Kymber Lovett-Menkiti began their education journey in 1998 at James Madison University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Kymber dedicated four years to their studies at James Madison University and successfully completed their program in 2002. Subsequently, Lovett-Menkiti advanced their education at Bryn Mawr College from 2002 to 2004. During this period, they obtained a Master's degree in Law and Social Policy, further specializing in the field of Social Work.
