Marina Erbstoesser LMFT-S, LCDC, CSAT is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and program management. Currently serving as the Program Manager at The Menninger Clinic since September 2021, Marina oversees the development and clinical staff of the Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults. Previously, Marina worked at Memorial Hermann Health System as an Addictions Counselor and Program Therapist, where responsibilities included conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and facilitating various therapy sessions. Marina's experience also includes internships at the Institute of Individual and Family Counseling and Douglas Gardens Community Mental Health Center, gaining valuable expertise in diverse counseling settings. Marina holds a Master of Science in Education in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from St. Edward's University.
