Caroline Consoli

Caroline Consoli, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester since July 2018, overseeing a team of four HR professionals and managing various recruitment strategies while executing termination processes with respect and composure. Prior to this role, Caroline held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner and Assistant, contributing to recruitment, training, and the agency's Diversity PLUS Committee. Previous experience includes leadership roles at the University of New Hampshire-Manchester, where Caroline managed student ambassadors and facilitated peer mentoring and training programs. Caroline is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, building on a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from the University of New Hampshire at Manchester.
