Clare Douglass

Clare Douglass is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Mentholatum Company since November 2019. Prior to this, Clare worked at Specsavers from May 2005 to October 2019, where Clare held the position of HR Manager. Clare has experience managing teams, handling all aspects of HR such as disciplinary & grievance procedures, performance management, recruitment, payroll, rewards & benefits, and employee training. Clare also has a background in office management and administration. Clare holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Employment Law and Practice, a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Employment Law and Practice, and Intermediate Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management.
