Takako Hirata has extensive work experience, starting in 2004 as a Marketing Design Manager at Procter & Gamble. In this role, they led product brand design and management for various brands, creating marketing strategies and achieving successful sales results. Takako later worked at Daymon as a Director Brand Strategy, where they simplified brand systems, conducted market research, and maximized business impact. At Oji Nepia Ltd., Hirata served as General Manager Product Planning, driving business development and leading marketing plans. Takako'sleadership at ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as Head of International Business Development resulted in improved internal communications, expanded company reach, and increased profits. Currently, Hirata holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at The Mentholatum Company.
