Chia Pierson

Chia Pierson has a diverse work experience starting as a Carpentry and Masonry Specialist in the US Army Corps of Engineers from August 2003 to September 2008. Chia then transitioned into the role of Engineer Project Manager from September 2008 to December 2015. Moving to the retail sector, they worked at H&M as a Department Supervisor from October 2017 to January 2019. Currently, they are with Mentoring Alliance, first serving as Lead Registrar from September 2019 to April 2020, then as Human Resources Manager from April 2020 to July 2023, and currently as the Vice President of People & Culture.

Chia Pierson earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2010. In 2021, Chia obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI.
