Ian Wade

Ian Wade is the Rose City Summer Camps Coordinator for The Mentoring Alliance, helping in all three program areas. Ian come from Markham, TX and has worked in ministry his entire life. He started his employment as a child caretaker at First Baptist Bay City for three years. Ian has worked for MA as a Mentoring Alliance Summer Camps Program Director for two years and a Boys & Girls Clubs of East Texas as a site director for one year.

Always one to be learning, Ian is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Reformed Theology from Vanguard.

Ian has been happily married for three years to his beautiful wife, Fausthyara Pietersz. She is from the Caribbean island of Curacao. Together they have a sweet baby boy named Evan.

Ian's enthusiasm for this ministry is evident in all that he does. This is what Ian says about his new position with MA, "I am excited because I have the opportunity to promote Christ, impact families, and recruit other godly people to join me in God's calling for this city."
