Ismael Flores

Ismael Flores serves as the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Strategist at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, since July 2020, where responsibilities include managing 11 Employee Resource Groups and creating educational curriculums, as well as planning and managing a Transgender Job Fair. Additionally, since October 2015, Ismael Flores has held roles as both Counselor and Case Manager at Catholic Charities. Ismael Flores is pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Baldwin Wallace University, expected to complete in December 2023, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Alliant International University-Fresno, a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Education from Chancellor University, and an Associate Degree of Applied Science from The Academy of Court Reporting.
