James Hendrock

James Hendrock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and production. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at The MetroHealth System since July 2019, James previously held a similar position at Everywhere and has worked as a contractor at TEKsystems. In addition to system engineering, James is a writer and producer for reality television as well as the author of "Fire in the Desert," available on the Amazon Kindle store. Previous roles include owning Crazy Ivan's shawarma cafe, serving as Senior Engineer at Insight, and leading System Dynamics as Owner/President. James has also contributed as a Senior Consultant at CGI, specializing in Cisco UCS solutions, and served as a Data Center Analyst at Alcan. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn Foster Group.
