Richard R. Grasso, M.S., HRM/LR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee and labor relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Richard leads the Employee Relations Center of Excellence, managing labor relations and collective bargaining activities for a diverse workforce. Previously, Richard held key roles at St. Francis College, including Executive Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing performance management, collective bargaining, and employee relations for over 650 faculty and staff. Richard's earlier career includes significant positions at Clear Channel Outdoor, responsible for multi-million dollar franchise agreements, and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, where negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements for thousands of employees were primary duties. Richard holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management & Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications and Political Science from Hunter College.
