John Waugh P.e.

John Waugh, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Design Build Pursuit Manager at The Middlesex Corporation since February 2018, John previously held the position of Project Manager at Walsh Construction from February 1994 to December 2017. Over a 24-year tenure with Walsh/Archer Western, John managed projects across multiple states including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Virginia, and New York, focusing on project management, estimating, quality control, alternative delivery procurement and management, scheduling, cost control, and contract management. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned between 1982 and 1986.
