Kent Haubein

Kent Haubein has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Kent has held various roles in different organizations. Kent served as the Director of Information Technology at The Midland Group since May 2014 and as a Systems Engineer (contractor) at the US Department of Interior - ECOMPEX, Inc. from March 2014 to April 2014. Prior to that, Haubein worked at USPS - Material Distribution Center for a significant portion of their career. Kent held positions such as IT Technical Services Manager, IT Business Project Leader, Computer Systems Programmer Analyst Sr. / DBA, Information Systems Specialist, Manager of Information Systems, Information System Specialist, Telecommunications Specialist, Mgr. Management Information Systems, and IT Systems Coordinator, spanning from 1987 to 2011. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing IT projects, overseeing data center operations, coordinating with project managers, managing staff evaluations, and providing technical support.

Kent Haubein obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, specializing in General Information Technology, from Capella University between 2010 and 2013. Kent also holds several additional certifications, including VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization VCA-DCV from VMware, obtained in January 2014, Microsoft MCSE from Microsoft, obtained in January 2000, Microsoft MCP from Microsoft, obtained in September 1998, Novell CNE 4.X - Certified NetWare Engineer from Novell, obtained in September 1996, and Novell CNE 3.X - Certified NetWare Engineer from Novell, obtained in April 1993.
