Josh Piquard

Josh Piquard is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in health care and information technology. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Defense Health Agency since January 2014, Josh has previously held the role of Deputy Program Manager at GCE - Global Connections to Employment and Sr. Project Manager at SofTec Solutions, where support was provided for Tricare Management Activities. Prior project management experience includes positions at CACI International Inc. and a multifaceted role at BMHC/ BMC WEST, encompassing management, systems administration, and project management. Early career experience as a System Administrator at Plum Creek Medical involved managing IT systems and a computerized medical environment.
