Constance Kennedy

Constance Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Constance is currently working as a Property Manager, CPO at The Millennia Companies since 2019. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Manager at Sunrise Management from 2014 to 2019. Constance also has experience as a Property Manager at UDR from 2005 to 2008, where they identified revenue opportunities, managed budgets, and implemented successful marketing campaigns. Constance worked as a General Manager at Equity Residential from 1997 to 2005, achieving financial and operational goals, implementing marketing plans, and increasing revenue through added amenities and aggressive renewals. In their early career, they started as an Assistant Manager at Fairfield Residential from 1994 to 1997.

Constance Kennedy attended Plaza 3 Academy and obtained an Associate degree in Interior Design. Constance also attended Mesa Community College and earned an Associate degree in Business Management. Additionally, they completed a course at Allied Business Schools in the field of Real Estate, but did not receive a degree.
