Scott Blackwood

Scott Blackwood, CRSP is currently the Vice President of Safety, Health, and Environmental Affairs at The Miller Group. Prior to this, Blackwood held positions such as Director of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp, Director of Environment, Health & Safety, Industrial Business at Newalta Corporation, and Regional Environmental Health and Safety Manager at GE Energy. Blackwood has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and Geography from the University of Toronto and has also completed the Ivey Leadership Program at Western University. Throughout their career, Blackwood has focused on overseeing all EHS-related activities and ensuring compliance within various companies in Canada and the United States.
