Peter Gennaro III

Peter Gennaro III is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa since May 2020. Previously, Peter held the position of Executive Chef at Casino Pauma from September 2018 to May 2020 and was the Director of Culinary Operations at the San Jose Convention Center from January 2016 to March 2018. Peter's extensive background includes franchise ownership at Marco's Pizza, as well as multiple roles as Executive Chef at Kingston Resorts, Hilton Myrtle / Culinaire, Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort, and Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a Certificate of Completion in Confectionary Arts from the Edward Notter School of Confectionary Arts, and is a Certified Food Service Manager through the National Restaurant Association.
