Railey Williams is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction for Math and Science at The Mission Preparatory School, while also functioning as a Data & Curriculum Coordinator and educator for second grade. Previously, Railey taught third grade at Prescott School District and gained valuable training in various assessment tools and the Science of Reading. Railey's teaching career began in Gurdon School District, where roles included teaching kindergarten and second grade, as well as serving as team leader and participating in leadership initiatives. Railey's educational background includes an Educational Specialist degree in Principalship, a Master's in School Counseling, and a Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education, all from Henderson State University.
