Etsegenet Berhanu

Etsegenet Berhanu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Program Operations Manager at The Mitchell Group Inc. since January 2021, Etsegenet has previously held significant roles such as Program Manager at Eyodan Life Skills Training and Development Cooperation Coordinator at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Addis Ababa. With earlier experience as a Project Officer at the Germany Protestant Agency for Diakonia and Development, and roles at JHPIEGO and a PEPFAR funded project, Etsegenet has demonstrated strong capabilities in project coordination, monitoring, and community service initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Addis Ababa University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Community Development and Management from the same institution and the International Leadership Institute, respectively.
