Anushree Rai

Anushree Rai has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Anushree is currently employed at The Modern Data Company as a Principal HR, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, Anushree served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at DIRECT (earlier ShopKirana) | Empowering Retailers from November 2021 to May 2022. Anushree also worked as an HRBP at YASH Technologies from July 2021 to November 2021. Anushree's earlier roles include being an HR Partner at IBM from July 2019 to June 2021, a Summer Intern at Accenture in 2018, and a System Engineer at Infosys from August 2010 to June 2012.

Anushree Rai obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology in Bhopal, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Anushree then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from DAVV Institute of Management Studies in Indore from 2013 to 2015. Later, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur, studying from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Anushree has obtained two additional certifications: one in Disruptive HR in a Cognitive Era - Essentials from IBM in December 2020, and another as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in November 2019.
