Vanessa Ellazar

Vanessa Ellazar has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at THE MODERN HONOLULU since April 2020, where key responsibilities include checking guests in and out, distributing room keys, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked at the same hotel from November 2013 to April 2019 as a Guest Experience Agent, managing incoming calls and administrative tasks. Additionally, Vanessa has experience as a Server, where responsibilities included taking orders and delivering food to patrons, as well as coordinating with kitchen staff. Vanessa holds a Diploma of Education from Kaimuki High School, obtained in 2008.
