Prior to this, Quacey worked as a Claims Adjuster at American Integrity Insurance Company, Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance, Auto Claims Adjuster at USAA, Client Services Manager at BHM Healthcare Solutions, Liability Adjuster at GEICO, and Technical Analyst at Nationwide. Quacey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services, Supervision and Organizational Management as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Santa Fe College.
