Sang Hyun Lee

Sang Hyun Lee has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Development - Research and Development at The Moment Group of Restaurants since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Research and Development Manager at the same company from January 2020 to September 2023. Sang Hyun also worked as a Research and Development Manager from February 2018 to December 2019. In addition to their work in the restaurant industry, Sang Hyun Lee is the owner of Acquawin Water Refilling Station since March 2021. Sang Hyun has also held positions such as Food and Beverage Service Leader at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from July 2017 to January 2018, Stagiare at Le Pont de L'Ouysse from June 2013 to November 2013, President of Enderun Student Government from March 2012 to March 2013, Client Service Center Associate at Louis Vuitton from February 2012 to May 2012, and Culinary Intern at AMAN from November 2011 to March 2012.

Sang Hyun Lee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management Majoring in Culinary Arts at Enderun Colleges from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Ducasse Education, Philippines in October 2013.
