Bernadette di Piazza

Bernadette Di Piazza is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Global Talent Management Lead at The Mosaic Company since 2023. Prior to this role, Bernadette spent five years at Yara North America, where responsibilities included serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Specialist. Previous experience also includes positions as an HR Representative at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and an HR Intern with Orange County Government. Bernadette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
