Colt McCay

Colt McCay is an experienced supply chain professional with a career spanning nearly two decades in the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Manager at The Mosaic Company since January 2014, Colt previously held the position of Trade Manager at Gearbulk from January 2007 to January 2014, where responsibilities included cargo negotiation, customer relations, and management of vessel schedules. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Superintendent at Federal Marine Terminals, overseeing cargo operations at Port Manatee and the Port of Tampa, and as a Third Mate at Sealift Inc. Colt began a career in logistics with an internship at SeaPort Manatee. Educationally, Colt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 2005.
