Shannon Hern

Shannon Hern serves as the VP Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Employment & Labor Counsel at The Mosaic Company, a position held since September 2016. In this role, Shannon provides legal counsel regarding U.S. employment matters. Prior to this, Shannon worked as an attorney at Ford & Harrison LLP from May 2010 to September 2016, where responsibilities included offering legal counsel, management training, and litigation defense for employers in employment and HR issues. Shannon earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law (1997-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida (1993-1997).
