Hilary Fisher

Hilary Fisher currently serves as the Assistant Director of People & Culture at The MRG Group since June 2023, following a tenure as Manager of People & Culture at XYON Health Inc. from October 2021 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Hilary worked as a Consultant at Inspired HR Ltd from December 2020 to September 2021, and as a Recruiter at Preston Human Capital Group from October 2018 to October 2020. Hilary began a career in recruitment at Procom, where the focus was on Technical Recruitment in Financial Services from January 2014 to February 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Victoria (2009-2013) and ongoing studies at George Brown College since May 2023.
