Yashira Cardona

Yashira Cardona is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Journey Bank since October 2018, Yashira is responsible for supporting customer service operations, coordinating tasks within the office and across departments, and enhancing customer engagement through cross-selling opportunities. Previous experience includes roles as a Drilling Fluids Engineer at CNPC Services LTD., S.A. and an internship as a Geologist Engineer at PDVSA, where geological characterization of the Las Piedras Formation "Q" Sand was conducted. Yashira began the career in management at Linmarcri Boutique and holds a degree in Geologist Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
