Rayna E. Harris

Rayna E. Harris is an accomplished municipal professional with extensive experience in various administrative roles across multiple municipalities. Currently serving as Municipal Clerk for The Municipality of Princeton since July 2023, Harris previously held positions such as Administrator for the Borough of Fanwood, where responsibilities included developing administrative procedures and enhancing departmental coordination. Other roles included City Clerk for the City of Rahway, Township Clerk for the Township of Hillside, Borough Clerk for the Borough of Raritan, and Deputy Borough Clerk for the Borough of Fanwood. Harris began a career in municipal administration as a Technical Assistant to the Construction Official in the Borough of Roselle. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Kean University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wesley College.
