Victoria McElroy

Victoria McElroy, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over multiple industries and roles. Victoria is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Music Center since June 2022. Prior to this, Victoria was a Human Resources Analyst at the State Bar of California from June 2021 to June 2022. From January 2019 to May 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). Victoria also has experience as an HR Consultant at HR Consultants, LLC from May 2015 to February 2019, and Lawry's Restaurants Inc. from June 2015 to May 2017. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Nikita Malibu from September 2013 to April 2015, and at Mastro's Restaurant, LLC from November 2011 to May 2013, where they managed HR functions for nationwide locations. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Benefits Manager at Montage International from October 2008 to November 2011, handling various HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and safety programs. Additionally, Victoria worked as a Recruiter at Ajilon Professional Staff from January 2007 to February 2008, specializing in full-cycle recruitment and client relationship management. Victoria began their HR career as a Human Resources Specialist at the University of San Francisco from January 2001 to September 2006.

Victoria McElroy, SHRM-CP pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at the University of San Francisco. Victoria completed this program between 1993 and 1997. Later, they continued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, which they attained between 2002 and 2004.
