Griffin Murch has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. They have worked as a Research Assistant and Honors Researcher at Vanderbilt University, where they conducted EEG assessments, performed data analysis, and contributed to a systematic review. Additionally, Griffin has been a Learning Assistant, providing mentorship and support to undergraduate students in psychology courses at Vanderbilt. They have also worked as a Research Consultant, collaborating on the development of a psychometric behavioral assessment.
Outside of their academic pursuits, Griffin has held roles in the music industry, including serving as the Director of Marketing and Recruitment at The Music Room (TMR), where they created brand initiatives and managed promotional materials. They have also been a Content Team Executive Member and Lead Photographer at TMR, overseeing a group of photographers and artists.
In terms of customer service, Griffin has worked as a Server at Sand Point Country Club and as an Open Water Lifeguard at Windermere Beach Club. Additionally, they have experience as a Tennis Instructor at Tennis Center Sand Point, teaching lessons and organizing summer camps for children aged 4-12.
Griffin Murch received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Cognitive Studies with a double major at Vanderbilt University from 2021 to 2025. They also pursued a minor in Data Science during the same period. Prior to attending Vanderbilt University, Griffin Murch obtained a High School Diploma from The Bush School from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Griffin Murch obtained various certifications including Good Clinical Practice for Social and Behavioral Research Training from the Society of Behavioral Medicine, RCR for Psychological Sciences - VUPSY certification from CITI Program, Human Research Ethics Certification (Social Behavioral Investigation) from CITI Program, USTA "Net Generation" Coaching Certification from the United States Tennis Association (USTA), and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers from the American Red Cross.
