Matt Nagler

Matt Nagler has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Matt started their career at Robert Half International, where they held multiple roles from October 1999 to July 2005. In 2005, they founded KBW Financial Staffing Solutions, specializing in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals. The following year, they became the Managing Partner of Alexander Technology Group. In 2008, Matt founded The Nagler Group, which focuses on Human Resources, Legal, and Administrative placement. In 2015, they co-founded Sales Search Partners, a company dedicated to the direct placement of sales professionals. In 2011, Matt became the COO and Co-Founder of BANKW Staffing, LLC, a holdings and management company with successful staffing and recruiting companies under its umbrella. Recently, in 2020, they joined Eastern Standard Provisions as an Investor and Advisory Board Member. Throughout their career, Matt has also been involved in various volunteer activities, including their long-standing participation as a volunteer at Make-A-Wish from 2001 to 2019.

Matt Nagler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and STPEC from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1999. Matt further pursued their education and obtained an MBA from Babson College between 2004 and 2007.
