Paul Benton

Paul Benton is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in HRIS architecture and management. Currently serving as Head of HRIS Architecture and HRIS Manager at The National Autistic Society since June 2022, Paul previously held various roles including HR Data & Systems Lead and HR Data & Systems Coordinator at St John Ambulance from December 2013 to June 2022. Responsibilities encompassed training HR users, providing technical support, developing workflows, and enhancing HR systems based on user feedback. Earlier experience includes customer service and marketing support at Mapa Spontex, alongside temporary positions in retail and administration. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Film Production and Screen Writing from the University of Worcester and has completed an HND in Cinematography and Film/Video Production at Kidderminster College.
