Marie Christine Taylor

Marie Christine Taylor is an experienced professional in organizational development and management consulting, currently serving as Senior Organisation Development at Statens institutionsstyrelse since February 2022. Prior to this role, Taylor held positions at Kriminalvården as Chefs- och organisationsutvecklare from May 2013 to February 2022, and at Statsrådsberedningen as Ämnessakkunnig from August 2012 to April 2013. Taylor's project leadership experience includes a four-year government assignment aimed at increasing the representation of women in leadership roles, alongside various strategic HR initiatives across multiple organizations including IBM and Verket för förvaltningsutveckling.
