Ali Qrqeran

Ali Qrqeran is an accomplished Talent Management professional with extensive experience in leading training and development initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Talent Management Manager at the National Energy Services Company (Tarshid) since September 2023, Ali previously held the position of Talent Management & Saudization Manager at JASARA Program Management Company from February 2023 to September 2023. Earlier roles include Head of Learning and Development at Dräger, where responsibilities involved managing a Learning Management System and assessing training needs, and Talent Management Manager at Alkhorayef Group, focusing on training needs analyses for 3,000 employees. Ali began a career in patient relations and customer service, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of the Incarnate Word and King Saud University, respectively.
